Shoes & School Supplies for 20 Kids in Uganda
I am raising $1,000 dollars that will go directly to books, pens, pencils, backpacks, and shoes for 20 orphaned children in Uganda.
My name is Allie. I am personally raising money to send as a "gift" to 20 children in Uganda who need immediate resources to get to school; please find the full list of children, their names and ages I am raising money for below. Also, please find ways to contribute and more info about my on-ground coordinator and Caretaker of these 20 children who have an immediate need.

Transparency & Giving Disclosures
This is a personal, grassroots effort led by me, Allie. This is not a campaign affiliated with any registered 501(c)(3) organization or official non-profit entity. I have chosen to share this grassroots effort on my personal website raising funds as a “Community Care Package” in order to avoid additional platform fees and make sure every dime goes to our cause.
Because this is a personal initiative, all financial contributions are legally categorized as personal gifts and are completely non-tax deductible.
100% of all net proceeds are collected directly by me through PayPal, Cash App, and Venmo. I will personally collect and send these funds via a secure international bank transfer directly to Sonko Richard, my trusted on-the-ground coordinator and caretaker in Uganda. There will be an international wiring fee I will pay out of the contributions raised, and I will update contributors every step of the way.
Sonko Richard is the primary caretaker looking after these 20 orphaned children who have lost their parents to violence, substance addiction, or illness. Because the school term began on September 14, these funds will be deployed immediately once reaching our campaign goal of $1,000 to purchase and distribute essential books, pens, pencils, backpacks, and shoes locally.
To ensure total transparency, I will personally provide international transfer receipts to every single donor. Furthermore, I will share local purchase receipts, along with photo and video verification of the children receiving their supplies, via your preferred communication channel as soon as they are delivered.

I was grateful to have had the opportunity to have multiple video calls with these amazing children and Richard. I am looking forward to getting to know them better.
